Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, an exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and highly motivated full-time Administration Assistant to join our team.
This position is responsible for providing customers with a professional reception, answering phone calls and ensuring effective and efficient administrative assistance to Winery departments.
Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining Winery administration registers, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, managing vehicle servicing and booking requests, maintaining stationary levels, controlling and reconciling petty cash and allocation of staff wine allowances. You will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will be solutions focused, self motivated and flexible to achieve outcomes, proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
