Manufacturing Administrator - Reynella (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

In this role
This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
The Manufacturing Administrator’s primary function is to efficiently carry out all core system transactions related to the work order process for external pack manufacturing, including w/o interfacing, WIP monitoring, material, wine and finished product reconciliation, and report generation.
Key tasks will include
- Stock movements for production for internal DG movements, sparkling menu's and WIP stock requirements
- Maintain active DGs at co-packers, ensure that obsolete DGs are returned or destroyed
- Coordinating write offs including flagging, communicating and executing
- WO closure process, including WO completions, Inventory issues and reconciliation, Wine reconciliation issues from AS400, OO receipt and invoice reconciliation & WO Closures.
- Inventory reconciliation between co-packers and JDE
- VMI DG review and maintenance
- Purchasing support: processing purchase reqs, Support data management for MRP, Invoice and purchase order reconciliation, DG confirmation alignment and receipt
- Spec support for required specs to be reviewed and signed off for co-packers
- Coordinate QA sample movements and associated costs from co-packers
- Assist with QA issues pertaining to DGs (requesting samples, movements etc)
- Support credit claim process by tracking, compiling and issuing credit claims.
- SSCC label requirements and management
To succeed, the essential knowledge & skills are
- Substantial administration experience and knowledge
- Safety Awareness:
- Demonstrates health and safety understanding and compliance
- IT Systems:
- Relevant IT system knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical Ability & Decision Making:
- Ability to obtain information and identify key subjects required to understand strategic issues
- Able to work well under pressure
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and is self-motivated
- Excellent communication and time management skills along with a keen eye for detail
Ideally you will have this experience..
- Substantial experience in a manufacturing administration environment

- Certificate III in Business Administration
