This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated and successful sales professional with strong commercial acumen to join our high performing sales team based in our Perth, Western Australia office.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, Western Australia, the Business Development Manager, On Premise will be responsible for driving business growth in the on premise channel through high quality distribution of Delegat's brands, Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate. This individual will play a central role in developing, establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with key on-premise venues, groups and multi-venue operators.
Working closely with other sales professionals across the state, this role will be instrumental in securing significant accounts and will be involved in complex proposals and tender processes. The Business Development Manager will also play a lead role in the development of annual business plans in the on premise channel.
Applicants should be tertiary qualified with a proven record of achievement in business development in the on premise channel. The ability to identify and influence decision makers and create business opportunities are key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be highly results focused, and will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, supported by excellent analytical capabilities. Commensurate with the nature of this role, some evening work and overnight travel will be required from time to time.
