This challenging position would suit a candidate with the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate skills using MYOB EXO business  
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite of products an advantage
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management/ organisational skills
• A friendly and customer-focused manner
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Enjoys varied tasks and works well under pressure
• Self-motivated with great communication skills
• Reliability and a having the willingness to learn
• Professional phone manner

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Sales support team to meet set objectives
• Assisting the Administration team to meet set objectives
• Assisting with debt collection
• Desktop publishing / design of in-house promotional material
• Telemarketing including mail outs
• Data entry
• Respond promptly/professionally to enquiries via telephone and email.
• Collation and design of company E newsletters
• Website maintenance
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Greet visiting customers in a friendly and professional manner
