Here at Endevour Drinks Group we are building a next generation logistics and warehousing network to support huge internal customer growth across the direct and digital brands of Endevour Drinks Group.

Nexday is a specialised direct-to-consumer wine delivery carrier. By employing the latest technologies, we deliver services and solutions that fit clients' individual needs.

We currently have an exciting fixed term (until early January) casual opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week for an Inbound Customer Service Consultant based in our Surry Hills Contact Centre. This role will involve identifying and resolving customer queries, building solid lasting relationships with both internal and external customers, and ensuring we are adding exceptional value with every interaction.

 The Role:

  • NO SALES! INBOUND CALLS!
  • Manage and service incoming customer queries, providing optimum service, promoting retention of customers
  • Answer any calls involving query escalation, delivery enquiries – providing service in an efficient & effective manner ensuring optimum first call resolution
  • Continuously build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Comprehensive questioning to assist in service support navigation ensuring optimum call resolution
  • Managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and suppliers

    Your Skills:

  • Experience of MS packages and Google Docs
  • Effective time management and deadline focused
  • Confident, professional and persuasive communicator with experience in conflict resolution
  • High level of written English
