As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced, talented and motivated individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager and lead the way in delivering unparalleled hospitality.

The role will focus on the provision and supervision of excellent customer service including restaurant service, wine tasting, and events. Your peripheral vision and ability to delegate will be key to this role, managing multiple tasks at once while not missing a beat on the floor. This position involves sales, customer relations, staff supervision; and, training and mentoring front of house staff. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain high standards for food and beverage quality
  • Working seamlessly with our Head Chef and Bottle Shop Manager, you will strive to educate and immerse our guests in unforgettable experiences centered around our outstanding produce.
  • Curate and update an exceptional wine list to complement our culinary offerings
  • Train, motivate, and lead a team of dedicated staff members
  • Implement and enforce health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise profitability
  • Foster a positive, respectful and collaborative work environment
  • Interact with customers to ensure a memorable dining experience

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of premier wines and a passion for culinary excellence
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
  • RSA Certificate
  • WSET Level 2 or above
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, Bepoz and now book it are preferred but not essential.
