We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cellar Door Sales Assistant to oversee our cellar door operations including food preparation and serving, wine tastings and sales of the Plantagenet Wines portfolio to be based at our Winery, in Mount Barker Western Australia. This role will also involve manual handling tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Previous experience in hospitality
• Previous Cellar Door experience
• Events Management experience would be advantageous
• An extensive knowledge of wines
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, organisational and administrative skills
• Computer literate
• Current C Class Drivers Licence

The role is a casual position and applicants must be willing and available to work weekends.

Candidates should be aware that Mount Barker is a small town in a semi-remote inland location in Western Australia. Albany and Denmark (both located on the coast) are approximately a 35-40 minute drive from Mount Barker.
