Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. What we are looking for:
- Hospitality is at your core – you’re approachable, welcoming, and positive
- A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both our guests and staff
- Demonstrated supervisory / management experience: shift management, venue operations, POS, RSA management, lead by example
- Excellent communication and organisation skills; give feedback, support, direct and nurture our staff
- Excellent food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
