Job tasks and responsibilities

• Handling general customer enquiries and meeting customer needs.
• Sourcing and retrieving POD's when required    
• Complete ad-hoc billing tasks as required         
• Tracking of orders as required
• Obtain quotes and book couriers
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Maintain and build relationships with clients
• Perform administrative functions related management of returns and breakages
• Respond effectively to ad-hoc and miscellaneous transport related queries
• Adherence and support of all BAM Wine initiatives and activities
• Compliance and adherence to BAM Wine Logistics – Code of Conduct, Safety procedures, and all other policies and procedures and as may be derived and revised from time to time.
• Flexibility of working hours
• Scanning of POD's
