Sales Support Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Bibendum Wine Co are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Melbourne team and work closely with our Reps and Producers.

 At Bibendum Wine Co. we are fortunate to work with many benchmark producers from Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Currently we are looking for a Sales Suppot Coordinator to work closely with our team of Reps and Producers, in our Melbourne office.

Ideally you will be interested in all things food and wine and travel and have an arts background with strong writing and communication skills. Some knowledge of French would be an advantage but is not essential. Energy and initiative with a ' can do ' working style is essential. Your tasks will include reporting, daily communication with our sales team, speaking with our Domestic Producers and assisting with wrtten submissions on a regular basis.  Effective communication and presentation skills are important in addition to the ability to analyse.  Experience supporting a sales team, proficiency in excel and Powerpoint or InDesign for presentations will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have their finger on the pulse of the Melbourne wine and restaurant scene, will be driven, hardworking and will also display the ability to work autonomously and with initiative. Ideally you will have worked a minimum of two years in a similar role.  We’re offering a good package that is commensurate with experience.
