We employ upwards of 200 staff nationally with our head office being located at Abbotsford, Victoria.
As the Sales & Marketing Services Coordinator you will provide an essential link between the sales teams and brands. You will take ownership of the strategic and day to day details of implementing the respective brand plans whilst working closely with the State Sales Team and National Marketing Department. This role will be a 12 fixed term full time contract and will be based out of our Abbotsford office. The role will report directly into the Victorian State Manager.
What you will be doing:
- Administration support for Area Business and State Managers
- Provide both State Managers with the monthly brand sales results & post analysis promotional activity for discussion with the sales team
- Manage the State Marketing Activity Calendars and ensure execution of promotions are completed
- Provide fortnightly stock and vintage summaries to both the State Managers and the Sales Team.
- Organise the monthly Sales Meeting including taking minutes.
- Diary management for State Managers
- Processing of DMP claims into the ERP system
- Events - execution, attendance, budget adherence and the organization of required marketing collateral
- Merchandising support during promotional periods.
- Provide to the Winery Partners- Itineraries to trade visits by working with sales teams to ensure the key objectives of the brand are being achieved with the visit.
- Facilitate Winery Partner visits
- Responsible for maintaining the loan system for Plumm glassware. (Some lifting required)
- Maintain the merchandise room and ensuring all marketing POS in current.(Some lifting required.)
- Link between National Supply Chain and the State – promotional activity & stock availability
- Manage CRM at state level - including all reporting to State Managers.
What we’d ideally like you to have:
- Understanding of wine industry and brands/ major players in industry or have a hospitality background
- Qualification in Business/Marketing or a related discipline is highly desirable
- A strong understanding of brand management and brand marketing
- An appreciation of wine.
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- A high level of presentation
- 2-3years experience in a similar role
