Export Sales Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Current export markets include China, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Hollick Estates are also investing to gain distribution in the United States.

To ensure consistent growth and provide a high-quality service to our clients, Hollick Estates are looking to employ an Export Sales Manager to service all markets excluding China.

The role of the Export Sales Manager is to develop new accounts and markets while maintaining relationships with existing wine distributors in already acquired markets. The Export Sales Manager will follow the monthly sales performance of each country/distributor making sure annual targets are achieved. The Export Sales Manager will develop a sales and marketing plan with each distributor in their given country to increase awareness of Hollick products leading to higher demand. The Export Sales Manager will conduct tastings in the markets to ensure a high profile is maintained. They will communicate their sales achieved monthly to the General Manager, keeping track of local market sales trends to ensure a harmonious relationship between Domestic and Export sales.

The role would ideally be based out Melbourne, Brisbane or our Coonawarra winery but exceptions could be made for the right applicant. As a sale focused position, remuneration will consist of a retainer, phone and laptop plus a generous commission for sales, dependent on volume and profitability. There will also be moderate overseas travel within the role.
