Customer Service (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Bibendum Wine Co are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our Melbourne team and work closely with our customers and sales team.

At Bibendum Wine Co. we are fortunate to work with many benchmark producers from Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Currently we are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our Melbourne office to work closely with and support our Customers and sales team. 

Ideally you will be interested in all things food and wine and travel and have an arts background with excellent communication skills. Some knowledge of French would be an advantage but is not essential. Energy and initiative with a team orientated working style, is essential.  Your tasks will include the processing of phone or email orders, speaking with our Customers and Sales Reps, having a good working knowledge of our portfolio and managing customer queries to name a few.  Elements of general administration and management are required for this role in addition to proficiency in the prioritisation of tasks, mastering new technologies and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have their finger on the pulse of the Melbourne wine and restaurant scene, will be driven, hardworking and will also display the ability to work autonomously and with initiative. Ideally you will have worked a minimum of two years in a similar role. We’re offering a good package that is commensurate with experience.
