Based in St Kilda, an amazing opportunity has become available for an Experienced Customer Service Officer, to become an integral part of a small but extremely bus team.
This Role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, working in a small team in a pressurised environment.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your responsibilities include the following
- Data entry - process a high volume of customer orders
- taking inbound phone calls relating to customer orders, enquiries, delivery times and more.
- Laise daily with the warehouse to ensure deliveries are met.
- Keying in orders received via phone and emails.
- Process credits, action stock returns and pricing requests for customers.
- Provide support to customers about products.
- Liaise daily with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are correct.
- Adhoc Administrative support.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar inbound customer service role. Wine knowledge is Essential, with excellent communication and MS Outlook skills and a high attention to detail are required. Experience with "EZY" is favourable but not absolutely necessary.
Experience in a contact centre or call centre with some stock control knowledge is highly advantageous, so if you have this experience and have worked in a fast paced environment, we would love to hear from you today...
