The IXL Long Bar and The Henry Jones Art Hotel Lounge and are seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our exceptional team.
About The IXL Long Bar and The Lounge:
Nestled within the heritage architecture of The Henry Jones Art Hotel, The IXL Long Bar stands as Hobart's haven for exquisite cocktails and unparalleled warmth. Our petite space is home to Hobart's finest cocktail masters, showcasing specialty cocktails, award-winning spirits, craft beers, ciders, and fine wines. The Lounge is around the corner, just as cosy, and dripping with art.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or the ability to acquire one.
- Restaurant and/or bar experience (desirable).
- Flexibility to accommodate varied rostering requirements.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new product knowledge.
- Ability to contribute positively to a dynamic team culture.
