The Role

Vintage Cellars (VC) is the leading premium retailer in Australia with a dominant national footprint as well as a very well established VC Loyalty programme and digital presence.

Very rarely does an opportunity present within such an admired sector that will engage, challenge and empower you to design and execute strategy. This role will suit top talent in the marketing, loyalty and digital domain, wishing to embark on a new journey with Vintage Cellars.

In this hands-on role you will take ownership of the VC Loyalty programme as well Digital Marketing for VC. As a direct report to the Head of Marketing VC, you will take Loyalty and Digital marketing strategy for the brand to a new level.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Loyalty programme end to end management including all customer communications and financial control.
• Digital marketer with specific experience in management of eDM, digital display, eCommerce, social media and search programs for major brands with proven results in driving optimisation and delivering against business objectives
• Experience with CRM analytics and high competency in Excel
• Retail/ecommerce experience highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing in the strategy and execution of the Vintage Cellars Loyalty and Digital Marketing Programme
• Manage the VC Wine Club loyalty programme including programme mechanics, financial KPIs, customer enquiries, agency and internal stakeholders
• Project manage the delivery and reporting of the integrated digital, social, website and media communications 
• Stakeholder manage the strategic inputs and feedback across relevant stakeholders including Agencies, Category Management, Liquor Direct, Liquor Digital Marketing team and others to understand business objectives and deliver digital marketing programs that support business priorities
