We are looking for an experience Business Analyst to focus on business process architecture, assisting business owners with the adoption of best practice methodologies across all areas of the business. This role will also be responsible of developing documentation of business processes for both user and IT requirements and assist the business in project planning change and implementation.


Areas of responsibility for this role will be:

·  Writing Business Requirement Specifications that successfully delivered necessary change in a manageable and non-intrusive way.

·  Engage with multiple stakeholders across the company to ensure all processes and requirements are accurately defined.

·  Implementation of new designs within the Business Operating Model.

·  Involvement in workshops/training/presentations.

·  Assisting in the preparation of user and system test plans.

·  Providing a link between the company, customer, the development team and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the development cycle.

·  Continuous improvement of processes to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort and optimize business outcomes.

·  Documentation and ownership of core business/operational processes.

·  Provide recommendations to management on rectifying areas of non-compliance and managing implementation of agreed improvements.

·  Training internal stakeholders to correctly interact with the core processes.

 
Skills for this role will be:

·  Tertiary education in IT, Engineering or Finance.

·  Advance Excel skills

·  Good analytical and investigation skills, combined with excellent problem solving skills.

·  Experience within FMCG and strong knowledge of inventory.

·  Experience and knowledge with basic accounting.

·  Ability to train others how to use software tools so they can become self sufficient.

·  Working knowledge of data and process modelling.

·  Functional ERP experience in Distribution, MRP/MPS, DRP and Forescasting.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and

·  Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
