Montalto in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula has an opening for an experienced, vibrant and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to undertake a 12 month maternity leave position.
Montalto is a family owned and operated winery that offers visitors a moment out of the ordinary, an exceptional tourism experience, encompassing three different dining options, wine, sculpture and gardens. We are a relaxed and friendly team with a workplace that offers a supportive, positive working environment.
The Office Coordinator is central to the smooth running of our business. Working closely with the management team you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication in all areas of our business including customer reservations and queries, between departments, employees and suppliers. Our business is diverse and this role is exciting and challenging where no two days are the same.
The successful applicant will be highly organised, have an ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and effectively communicate with a wide range of personality types that exist in a diverse business. This role involves extensive multi tasking and will require an ability to priortise tasks and manage deadlines.
The Office Coordinator will;
- Manage all office administration requirements
- Manage reservations for dining and tourism experiences
- Ensure all aspects of customer service and relations are provided for
- Executive Assistant support to General Manager and Owner
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Manage office supplies - ordering stationery and small capital items
- Collect and distribute mail on a daily basis
- Provide IT support to the office including the phone system & POS requirements
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage the building maintenance register
- Assist with OHS compliance, policies and procedures
- Bank weekly cash takings
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and an ability to master new software. Outstanding customer service and communication skills are essential. Previous experience working in the hospitality or tourism industry would be highly regarded.
This role is a Monday to Friday position.
