Head of Commercial Operations (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Specific responsibilities include: 
• Oversee commercial, management and operation of the Hanwood winery 
• Operational budgetary responsibility, including short and medium term planning, Capex etc.
• Initiate and implement effective work allocation and responsibilities 
• Coordinate and oversee Vineyard, Winemaking and Cellar operations 
• Coordinate vintage production plan and approval of grape purchases 
• Oversee all site, plant and equipment maintenance 
• Ensure all relevant company and legal compliance

Candidates for this position will certainly be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and have at least ten years’ experience in a similar senior management role, handling wine or other fermentable beverages. You will have an excellent understanding of all relevant disciplines reporting to your role and a sound overview of domestic and export beverage alcohol sales and distribution channels.
