Scotchmans Hill is a leading provider of premium and commercial value wines. We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team.
Flexible working hours are available and estimated to be approx. 20-25 hours per week.
The Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Importing and processing Sales Orders
- Bank Reconciliations
- General administration duties
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Advanced MS suite knowledge
- Excellent data entry skills as accuracy is a key aspect of this role.
- Excellent relationship building skills to manage key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Good communication skills
- Self- motivation and the ability to work within a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills - experience with Ezy systems will be highly regarded
You will be self- motivated and operate effectively both individually or in a team environment.
