Client Profile
Our client is a leading Victorian Hotel Group that operates a successful collection of hotels and businesses throughout Victoria. They are now looking for a highly experienced Manager to oversee the F&B department of one of their regional hotels.
Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the food and beverage department across the Hotel. Providing ongoing leadership support, driving development, increasing revenue, and ensuring product service and quality across the restaurant, bars, and event spaces. You will be a hands-on player in the guest experience and work with the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service.

This role is offering a competitive remuneration package comprised of a base salary plus super.
