Vineyard Manager (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Barringwood is a boutique producer of premium cool climate wines with 3 Tasmanian Vineyards.  We are seeking an experienced and practical vineyard professional to manage a newly established 20ha vineyard in the Evandale area.  The position will also encompass providing advice and planning support for the two other Tasmanian vineyards.

Reporting to the business owners this hands on role requires a high degree of self-motivation and a strong desire to generate continuous improvement. 

The successful applicant with demonstrate experience in all aspect of vineyard operations as well as strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills.  A tertiary qualification and experience leading a small team would be highly regarded, but are not essential.  Experience with vineyard establishment would also be highly desirable.
