About Us: Set amongst our vegetable gardens on the grounds of the former Coogee Hotel, our culinary philosophy revolves around the experience of fresh, garden-to-plate dining. 

We bake, ferment, pickle and preserve, we celebrate local and choose responsibly, and we love food, wine and hospitality!

The Role: We're looking for experienced bartenders and hospitality professionals who are eager to grow, learn, and become an essential part of our restaurant family. 

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine love for food, wine and hospitality
  • A friendly, welcoming approach to customer service
  • For Bartenders - experience in cocktail mixology is preferred

At this stage we are hiring on a casual basis only. Must be available evenings and weekends, and for an immediate start.
