A hands-on administrator is required to assist the owners manage a Wilyabrup winery. This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 21 hours per weeks over three days, with some flexibility on which days are worked.
The position requires previous experience in the wine industry, especially knowledge of WET and the regulatory requirements of the industry. Management of this will solely be the responsibility of the Co-ordinator. Acting as point of contact with distributors and overseeing the efficient dispatch of wine orders are also part of the position's responsibility and sometimes there is a need to ensure the associated export requirements have been met. In addition the Co-ordinator needs to ensure that a working office at the winery is maintained. In all aspects this is a hands-on position and thus general administrative skills are essential and some knowledge of accounting would be beneficial.
Because this is an autonomous position, the successful applicant needs to be a confident, efficient and self-motivating person.
