Xanadu Wines are seeking a hospitality professional for a dual role in the hospitality department. We are looking for a candidate with the experience and leadership skills to run the front of house operations in the restaurant while also manage and execute events.
Overview;
To assist the food and beverage manager with all aspects of running the restaurant, organising the events and assisting where needed in the cellar door operation. To adhere to the ideologies of the business while having input, creativity and challenging ideas.
The events coordinator should have a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
The Assistant Food & Beverage manager assists the daily operations of the restaurant and cellar door alongside the Food and Beverage manager and in the absence of the Food and Beverage manager becomes responsible for the daily operations including customer liaison in person, on phone and email correspondence, managing staff, daily cashiering, locking up procedures and other tasks.
