We seek someone to fulfil a diverse & integral position in our Administration Department to assist with the busy day to day background operations of a winery & provide support to the departments onsite.
This role works closely with the winery and bottling teams to take a finished wine through the bottling and labelling process. This includes all bottling paperwork and label artwork preparation, including legal readiness for both domestic and international markets.
Additional tasks will include:
- Sample despatch, international & domestic
- Compliance with industry bodies
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
This will be supported by the following skills and characteristics;
- Strong communication skills
- Keen to pitch in & undertake a diverse range of tasks
- Able to work as part of a small, committed & collaborative team
- Working to deadlines
Wine Industry knowledge would be advantageous although not essential.
