Who We Are Looking For

We currently have a casual positions available for wait staff who are passionate, cool under pressure and love the buzz of a busy service. The applicant needs to be able to work weekdays and weekends.

We are a busy, multi-award winning venue delivering exceptional modern Asian cuisine with a consistently high level of customer service.

Operating 7 days per week lunch + dinner, Mamasan is a fast paced environment focusing on share style dining alongside a curated selection of Japanese whiskeys, sake and an extensive cocktail + wine list.

The Front of House Team

You will be part of a dedicated team with a great culture who are passionate and hospitality career driven. Our Wait Staff are hand picked, hardworking and enthusiastic people that love to deliver top quality service with a smile every time.

Successful applicants will have the following...

·       Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role 

·       A la carte dining service experience

·       Good product knowledge

·       Dedicated to providing high quality service at a consistent level

·       An eye for detail

·       Well-groomed/presented

·       Strong organisational skills

·       A positive attitude

·       Professional and enthusiastic

·       Training provided 

·      Wine knowledge
