Sales Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a driven, well-connected and passionate Sales Manager to manage and drive growth of our exciting brands throughout the Greater Brisbane region.  Working within a fast paced, dynamic organisation and reporting to the Sydney based National Sales Manager, this exciting role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth with a focus on On-Premise activity
- Management and development of key accounts
- Creative development of alternative sales channels
- Account support as required (staff training, in-store tastings etc.)
- Liaison with winery/brand principals to support sustained growth of QLD market
- Meeting set KPIs

We are looking for someone with considerable market experience and understanding, coupled with genuine passion for wine. To be successful in the role this person will need to demonstrate:

- Drive and self-motivation - a desire to get the job done and smash targets
- Confidence and great communication skills, as well as an ability to develop great relationships
- Knowledge of the independent On Premise and retail channels
- Creativity and strategy in developing new routes to market
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Initiative and ability to hit the ground running
