Are you passionate about wine and love working in sales? We want you!
We are currently recruiting team members to be the face of our business in our Cellar Doors located in Brisbane Airport. Working in a small, dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to showcase some of the best Australian wines in a fun and constantly-changing environment.
Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you will be actively engaging prospects to sample our range and become a member of Wine Selectors!
Ideal candidates will have:
- The ability to confidently engage with people and share our story;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- A passion for sales and customer service;
- The ability to develop product knowledge quickly;
- RSA qualification (or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
In return, we'll offer you:
- Flexible hours to fit in with your other commitments;
- OTE $60 - $70k (FTE) including hourly rate + uncapped commission based on your own performance and achievable targets;
