In this role

You will:

Work with the WLG Business Unit and provide analytical business support across Woolworths banners BWS, DM’s, Pinnacle Liquor and Wine Qtr.

Key tasks will include

  • Fundamental support & analytics for Woolworths NAM’s and NBM’s across a variety of areas;
  • Business and Category reviews (Scan & Depletion) compilation.
  • Promotional analysis and M&E (measurement & evaluation) of activity.
  • Joint Business Planning process and support for.
  • Issues and Opportunities identification by banner and developing supporting clear & costed Plans.
  • Support on NPD & Innovation presentations (early engagement)
  • Space Planning & Layout initiatives (shelf, cold & off location).
  • Lead SO+P process and providing data to support accuracy in the demand planning & forecasting process and clear insights in review.
  • Claims and accrual support (monthly).
  • Develop relationships with a regular contact cross-functionally, a focus being the Category, Brand & Shopper teams.
  • Admin support across a variety of areas such as Demantra, Clams processing and review.
  • Support communications to the activation/ field arm (DM’s) on a weekly basis regarding confirmed activity.
  • ISP (Integrated Supply Planner) cover for leave at Woolworths Norwest.
  • Own a coaching plan. Be clear on areas of strength and development to deliver brilliant coaching outcomes (updated quarterly).

Ideally you will have this experience..

  • University degree in business, marketing or related discipline (strongly regarded)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in liquor (wine preference) or FMCG
  • Proven ability to develop sound commercial relationships across relevant trade channels
  • Demonstrated account & customer management experience

  • Formal qualification in Business, Commerce or related
