The purpose of the role
Reporting into the Solutions Manager, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and advancement of Salesforce.com solution to the global business and associated stakeholders. The Salesforce platform, for which you will have custodianship for, sits at the centre of an established and significant, high profile capability, with a rich pipeline of major advancements scheduled. You will have exceptional customer service skills to work with users across the entire business and support the implementation of new enhancements to the system.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside the Solutions Manger in the delivery of Subject Matter Expertise around the role that Salesforce.com can play delivering value to the company
- Working with the Support Team, Daily administration of Salesforce/ SalesCloud /MarketingCloud/Salesforce1/Wave
- Working, with the support of the development team, to deliver enhancement to Salesforce.com consistent with the AGILE Methodology
- General CRM data clean-up and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via phone, email and in person
- Ensure all incidents are resolved within agreed SLA’s
- Proactively learn and train other staff members on new product and service technology
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor in Information Systems or related field will be highly regarded
- Certified Salesforce Administrator would be advantageous, experience working with Salesforce is essential
- Experience in AGILE delivery would be advantageous
- Previous track record delivering technical/digital solutions to business problems in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and quickly analyse opportunities/issues
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a broad cross-section of people and roles
