Mollydooker Wines is looking for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to take responsibility for the day to day running of our McLaren Vale Warehouse and assist the Logistics team with our domestic and international shipping programme.
Reporting to the Logistics Team leader and based at our McLaren Vale Winery the Warehouse Coordinator in conjunction with the Domestic and International Logistic Coordinators will be responsible for:
• Packing domestic and international wine orders, reworking stock as required.
• Liaising with domestic freight providers to book transport and confirm successful delivery
• Stock management, reporting and control across multiple locations (incl. stock and pallet reconciliations)
• Managing web-based warehouse despatch systems to process shipments and stock movements.
• Fostering good working relationships with distributors, carriers, suppliers and government regulatory bodies.
• Delivering outstanding internal and external customer service.
• Housekeeping of the Warehouse

• Warehouse operations experience including a current high risk forklift licence.
