They have recently strengthened their management team with the addition of high calibre professionals who are committed to the achievement of Two Hands future goals, and they now seek to appoint a highly organised and sales driven Cellar Door Manager to provide further strength.
Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for managing the day to day running of all aspects of Cellar Door, supporting the team in their development and coordinating external events as well as supporting the delivery of our newly launched Vineyard Experiences. This hands-on position will be accountable for overall Cellar Door sales, monthly sign-up budgets for mailing list and new Wine Club members, as well as developing and delivering a strategy to increase visitation numbers. Analysis of statistics and communication to Management on daily and weekly sales is a key aspect of this role, and developing action plans as a result, in order for the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
The Cellar Door Manager will represent Two Hands Wines as a Brand Ambassador and be the face of the company to the general public. A passion for exemplary customer service is imperative, to deliver an experience that exceeds all expectations.
This role also requires the management of housekeeping and presentation standards in Cellar Door at all times, as well as efficient and accurate stock management. Timeliness, attention to detail and organisation, and a strong sense of initiative, are critical components of this role as well as a commitment to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
Working in a small team, you will support and develop this team to ensure that each member is reaching their full potential within their role.
This opportunity would appeal to a personable individual with experience managing a Cellar Door, and who has existing wine product knowledge as well as knowledge of the industry as a whole. This person will show a commitment to drive the Cellar Door team to achieve budgets and contribute to achieving the overall goals at Two Hands Wines. Experience using CRM software is preferable, and Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written are necessary.
