Meditrina Beverages is seeking a Winemaker to join the team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the coordination and planning of vintage.

• Maintain ongoing program of monitoring critical wine analysis on all wines and adjust.

• Maintain ongoing program of monitoring wine storage conditions to ensure compliance.

• Supply technical information for the winery records.

• Maintain accurate wine production data in Ezy System and provide ‘real-time’ reports upon request.

• Advise the Senior Winemaker on any matters relating to wine quality or safety.

• Monitor and assist the Assistant Winemaker in coordinating wine preparation for packaging.

• Investigate alternative winemaking practices and liaise with Senior Winemaker to trial and implement when successful.
